At EGQ, we strongly believe that it is important for organizations to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds. We believe that wholly supporting each person so that they can experience respect and acceptance is a crucial part of our quest to do good in the world. We believe that our differences make us stronger, not weaker. We will not tolerate discrimination or toxic behavior and actively seek to cultivate an inviting and encouraging atmosphere at our organization.
These beliefs are so central to our worldview that we expect all member organizations and individuals that join the EGQ Alliance to adhere to ethical standards of conduct that foster inclusion.
Our entire team supports marginalized people without reservation and encourages anyone with concerns to bring them to our attention so that we may remedy them. By working together, we can change the systems that disadvantage certain people and groups in our society, and empower them to achieve their goals without consequence.
